Namık Kemal Gökalp
Namık Kemal Gökalp graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration (1989-1994). Subsequently, he completed his master's degree on Capital Markets and Stock Exchange at Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute (2003-2004). He completed his doctorate in Finance and Banking at Kadir Has University.
He worked as a Corporate Finance consultant, coordinator and senior manager in the finance sector. Currently; Info Yatırım A.Ş., Hedef Holding A.Ş., Seyitler Kimya Sanayi A.Ş., Idealist Danışmanlık A.Ş. and Zen Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. serves on the board of directors.
Deniz Çotuker
Deniz Çotuker graduated from Balıkesir University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2016. She worked in the fields of internal control, strategic planning, process analysis and data analysis in the public sector. Then, she started her master program in Social and Economic Data Analysis at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2020 and continues her studies at the thesis stage.
Currently; She is the vice chairperson of the board of directors at Zen Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. and has Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and Derivative Instruments License.
Mehmet Ziya Gökalp
Mehmet Ziya Gökalp completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and his graduate education at Istanbul University, Money and Capital Markets department. He has an ongoing doctoral study in the field of Social Policy at Kocaeli University.
After working as a senior manager in various investment institutions, he worked as a general manager and economy writer at Yeni Şafak Newspaper. He also served as a member of the CBRT Supervisory Board. Currently; Info Yatırım AŞ., Hedef Holding A.Ş., Idealist Danışmanlık A.Ş. and Zen Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. serves on the board of directors.
Murat Tanrıöver
Murat Tanrıöver graduated from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration, and completed his master's degree in finance at Louisiana State University. Tanrıöver started his career at Turkish Boston Bank as an Analyst, respectively, Specialist at Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş., Director at Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., and Capital Markets Coordinator at Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş. , Yatırım Finansman Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and Garanti Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as Assistant General Manager.
Tanrıöver served as Assistant General Manager for Investment Banking at Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and General Manager at Gedik Yatırım Holding A.Ş. between 2013-2020. In this period, the subsidiaries of the group, Gedik Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Orya Organik Yaşam Gıda Tekstil Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Gedik Yatırım Holding A.Ş. Sarper Volkan ÖZTEN graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 1983 and started his career as a Financial Analysis Specialist at Emlak Bank in 1983. After serving in various positions in institutions such as İktisat Bankası and Ege Bank, he served as Deputy General Manager and subsequently General Manager at Öncü Menkul Değerler in 1991.
Sarper Volkan ÖZTEN, who started working as Deputy General Manager at QNB Finans Yatırım in 1997, assumed various senior positions such as Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors until 2007, and during this period, he successfully carried out the privatization and public offering processes of well-established companies. Burhanettin Koray TUNÇALP
Burhanettin Koray TUNÇALP, graduated from the Electrical Technical Teaching Department of Marmara University in 1984 and from the Power Engineering and Electrical Systems Department of Gabrovo Technical University in 2014. He completed his Ph.D. at Marmara University in 1999. Between 1985 and 2014, he worked at the Technical Education Faculty (TEF), which was transformed into the Faculty of Technology in 2010.
In addition to serving as a Commission Chairman at the university, he held positions such as Vice Dean of TEF and Head of the Departments of Electrical and Mechatronics Education. He worked on electrical, mechatronics, robotics, and vibration-related topics at Purdue and Indiana Universities in the USA, Kaunas Technical University and Panevezys Mechatronics Center in Lithuania, and Brüel & Kjaer Acoustic Training Center in Denmark.
Since 2015, he has been working at Haliç University, where he served as the Director of the Vocational School for 7 years, Head of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department for 2 years, and Assistant Director of the Institute of Science for 1 year. Additionally, he worked as a consultant at Bahçeşehir University METGEM for 5 years and as a technical consultant at Alce Electric Measuring Instruments for 3 years.
He has authored two books and has taught courses at the associate, undergraduate, and graduate levels in 42 different subjects. He has supervised 4 doctoral and 17 master's theses. He has worked as a coordinator, researcher, referee, and observer in 9 international and national projects. Additionally, he has taught courses at Bahçeşehir University Vocational School.
Between 2003 and 2013, he published journals under the names Technological Education and Vocational Technical Education. In 2018, he lectured at Linnaeus University in Sweden as part of the Erasmus Academic Exchange Program. He has 68 international and national articles and conference papers. His areas of expertise include instrumentation, vocational and technical education, smart grids, electrical energy measurement, and mechatronic systems.
