Progresiva carries out wholesale, retail sales, import and export activities within the framework of the legislation related to trading electrical energy and/or capacity in accordance with the relevant legislation regarding the electricity market. The Company operates in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation regarding the electricity market, including the Electricity Market Law and the Electricity Market License Regulation.
